Renewal of Vows Ceremonies are becoming popular.

Or were you married in a Registry office and now would like a special ceremony with all your friends invited.

We usually only put one testimony in our renewal of vows page.

The below renewal of vows was a special ceremony and we like to remember it as such by using it as the testimony for our website.

RENEWAL OF VOWS TESTIMONY APRIL 2009

Joan and Geoff were warm, caring and put their personal input to such a magical day. Joan performed the renewal of vows ceremony, and her warmth and respect added  a very personal touch to the renewal of our wedding vows.

I can perform ceremonies in Toowoomba (or surrounding districts including Esk, Warwick, Gatton, Ipswich etc) at VENUE OF YOUR CHOICE  which Includes park, your home etc.

ONE OF THE AVAILABLE CEREMONY VENUES IN THE TOOWOOMBA AREA

(Popular inside venue with glorious views described below).  Ask Celebrant for more particulars
* Inside ceremony room is air-conditioned

* Plush maroon carpet strip for bridal party to walk down aisle

* Deluxe chairs and covers (25 included in the venue hire fee, extra chairs and covers incur a hire fee)

* Hanging chandelier
* Coloured bows to match wedding theme incur extra hire cost of $1.10 each.
* Hanging cage with two white doves (this can be hired for extra cost)
* All items except the doves & cage, bows and extra chairs & covers over 25, are included in the inside venue fee, which is $225 (this does not include celebrant fee of $200).
* All looking out to glorious views of Tabletop Mountain and Mount David ( up to approx. 55 guests can be seated in the inside ceremony room)

* Privacy (which isn’t possible at a park wedding)

Outside venue hire for renewal of vows ceremony  is $165 (plus celebrant fee $200).

If booking celebrant, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is paid ( this amount doesnt cover for time or folder presented to the couple when they book and secure their date) And we regret that if the ceremony is cancelled the deposit is non-refundable.

RECEPTION

Finger food reception (non alcoholic) can be held at the above premises, a list of the finger foods and prices available can be provided upon request.  Or some couples ask their guests to all bring a finger food plate and this works out an inexpensive alternative.

If finger food reception also held at the above premises for a Renewal of Vows ceremony, the added cost to use venue for reception is an extra $100. (or $260 if over 50 guests are attending the reception (This being an added $160 required for the hiring in of an extra portable toilet unit. (This isn't necessary if the venue is only needed for the length of time of a ceremony) (The finger food price is not included in the above amounts) Finger Food catered for is $17.50 per head ( adults and half price for children under 10) Or some couples ask their guests to bring a couple of plates of finger food and it is all put together in smorgesboard style ( a very inexpensive reception idea for the couple)

When the cost of other reception venues are considered, the above is very reasonably priced. The celebrant can give you information about this or any other venue in the Toowoomba area and then point you to the proprietors.
